Luruna Returns! A New Pri☆Chan Rule-Cchu!?

Synopsis

Just as the Illuminage Queen is decided and the parade is about to start, the sparkling Pri☆Chan Castle flips into a sinister shape and every light on the floats goes out. Then the missing Luruna appears and declares that Pri☆Chan will be reborn as a new Pri☆Chan. Soruru follows along. This new Pri☆Chan would mean that the activities and broadcasts of every Pri☆Chan Idol are managed by mascots under strictly defined rules.
