These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of AniZap (https://www.anizap.app, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service
The Service provides free features for anime watch tracking, airing schedules, title search, and tier lists. The Service does not stream video and does not include any way to play titles.
Accounts
Some features require signing in with a Google or Discord account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. To delete your account, contact us at the address below.
Acceptable use
You must not: attempt unauthorized access or place excessive load on our systems, interfere with the operation of the Service, use the Service in violation of applicable laws, or engage in any other conduct the operator reasonably deems inappropriate.
Intellectual property
Title information is sourced from the TMDB (The Movie Database) API, and copyrights in title content, including images, belong to their respective owners. Rights in the Service itself, including its design and code, belong to the operator.

Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or availability. Catalog data such as air dates may contain errors.
Limitation of liability
The operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Suspension
Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
