Rei Matsuzaki, born 31 May 1985 in Fukuoka, is a Japanese voice actress under Mausu Promotion. Reconnecting with anime and manga through her junior high school club, and later hearing radio programs hosted by Manami Komori and Megumi Hayashibara, drew her toward broadcasting; she joined her school's broadcasting department, took part in the NHK Cup radio drama division, and studied at the Tokyo University of Science. Passing the Aniplex Super Voice Audition in August 2006 brought her a debut in Gurren Lagann, and she joined Mausu Promotion two years afterward. She is widely recognized for Kirari Moroboshi in The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls, whose character single "Marshmallow☆Kiss" spent seven weeks on the Oricon Singles Chart and peaked at number ten, as well as Kanon Mizushiro in Jewelpet Sunshine, Hishi Akebono in Uma Musume Pretty Derby, Nagahide Niwa in The Ambition of Oda Nobuna, and game parts such as Jam Kuradoberi in Guilty Gear Xrd.
