Synopsis
The "sea monster" turns out to be a local boy, Gen Kikura. Claiming he just wanted to clean up the ocean — when really he was getting his kicks scaring people — he needs to be taught a lesson, and Kite steps up first. But a wave swallows the seaside stadium, voiding the match. Zyro tags in to take over, only to find himself in a bad matchup against the stamina-type Killer Ken. Is there any way through?!
