Synopsis
Wataru's group arrives at Sand Hill Village, where the Sacred Forest is said to appear. But the village's ruler Okasurf is whipping up sand tsunamis with a generator, intending to bury the village in sand. The villagers rush to build seawalls to hold back the massive wave, while Wataru sets off for Okasurf's castle to destroy the device...
