Is Kokone Selfish? Unforgettable Doughnut Holes

Synopsis

Yui and the others spot a magazine carrying an interview with Hatsuko, Kokone's mother. Then Hatsuko appears at Restaurant Nagomi. Her parents' business trip having been cancelled, Kokone shares the table with Hatsuko and her father Shosei, but, not knowing what to say, the conversation doesn't really get going. The next day, Kokone tells Yui and the others how nervous she gets in front of her parents, and recalls how, as a young child, she had begged them for doughnut holes. Meeting Hatsuko at Heart Bakery, Kokone tries to talk to her, but Narcistoru appears. After joining forces with Precious and the others to purify the Mott Ubauzo, Kokone heads back to Heart Bakery, where Shosei also arrives with a new lipstick from PrettyHolic. To Kokone's wish — "I want the three of us to eat doughnut holes together" — Shosei replies "I want to talk with you, Kokone." A few days later, sharing breakfast with her parents, Kokone makes a promise with them: "from now on, let's eat together whenever we can."
