Yousuke Is the Zappy Guy!!

Synopsis

Today is parents' visiting day at Aozora Elementary. Yousuke is gloomy thanks to his hyper-strict mother's enthusiasm. He stops by the bathroom before class, nervous as can be, and runs into the demon beast Unagitron, who turns him into an electric human. Back in class, Yousuke climbs onto the teacher's desk and goes wild! The electricity spreads on contact, and the teachers who try to stop him also turn into electric humans. The visiting day is in shambles. Meanwhile, electric humans are rampaging across town — even the Defense Force has been zapped.
