Fierce Battle! A Friend Found Among Tears

Synopsis

In one of the four temples, the Suzaku Temple, Reiga and Kuya were fighting. It was a fierce duel to the death in which neither would yield. In their training days, Kuya always disciplined himself harshly and kept up grueling training, while Reiga was easygoing and often skipped practice. At a glance the two were opposites, but at the root there was a deep bond of friendship: Reiga had looked after Kuya's young siblings while Kuya trained without rest. Through the spirit-vision feathers that Reiga released at the risk of his life, Kuya learns that his little sister is afflicted with the red rash, and that Indra has petrified Vishnu. Understanding everything, Kuya uses his last strength to break through the wall leading to the crystal chamber and collapses. And to avenge Kuya's regret, Reiga lights the holy light in the Suzaku Temple.
