The Return of the Prodigal Son

Synopsis

On the Enokis' doorstep lies a drunk, passed out cold — it's Seiichi, son of the Kimuras across the street. After turning up out of nowhere, he was met coldly by his parents and kicked out, so now he wants to crash at the Enokis' for a while. The neighborhood, which always disliked him, treats him just as coldly, and Seiichi's frustration mounts. Then one day on his way home from work, Dad meets a woman named Tomoko — Seiichi's wife — and their son Taichi.
