Exchange Student from the City

Synopsis

A transfer student arrives in Arale's class — Scop, a grind from Metropolis Island. After fighting through harsh exam wars on Metropolis Island, the Penguin Village school is one culture shock after another for Scop. The dimwittedness of Arale and the others — hardly believable for middle schoolers — gives him a pretty severe shock. (C) Akira Toriyama / Shueisha · Toei Animation
