Synopsis
At last, the race begins! Arale is in a runaway lead when she reaches the lake, but she's so absorbed in playing with the lake's resident — not Nessie, but Lassie — that she gets passed by one racer after another. Is she going to drop out at this rate...? (C) Akira Toriyama / Shueisha · Toei Animation
