The Smash

Synopsis

Midori achieves a breakthrough in receiving Yamamoto's huge spike, and the team shows newfound composure. However, Kozue realizes this alone won't defeat Aoba. Winning the semi-final despite a lack of ideas, Kozue continues to struggle with developing a more powerful spike. In characteristic Attack fashion, Kozue gains a hint through a brilliant line of reasoning that leads to failure in desperate training.
