📅 April 7, 1974🕐 25 min
Synopsis
The researchers at the Photon Power Laboratory work through the night on a total overhaul of the new Pilder and on a power-up for Mazinger Z. To stop them, Grand Duke Gorgon sends the Mechanical Beast Unicorn Σ2 to attack the lab. Koji sends Mazinger Z out, but the Jet Scrander is being modified and can't be used. So he performs Pilder Off for the moment. With the Jet Pilder's missiles he blows off Unicorn Σ2's wings and drags the fight down to a hand-to-hand battle on the ground.
