Synopsis
Struggling but eventually Musashi overcomes their disadvantage. Misugi, despite his illness, outmaneuvers Hyuga's defense to score. Though Hyuga isn't playing, Musashi's teamwork and Hyuga's determination shine through. The Musashi teammates assist Misugi's opportunity effectively but Wakashimazu blocks the additional goal. Misugi, needing to exit for treatment, receives warm applause despite not scoring the equalizer. Musashi plays hard but loses 3-2 to Toho. Misugi's wish to battle Tsubasa remains unfulfilled. Hyuga, relieved to advance, is visited by Kira, his former Meiwa coach, who warns: 'You've become a tiger without fangs. Soon you won't even reach Tsubasa.' This harsh assessment troubles Hyuga deeply.
