Synopsis

Aono is absent from the club again. Akine learns that on the night they all went to visit Aono, Saeki had come back alone. When she asks Saeki—who should have been the last to see him—if he knows anything, the answer that comes back is, "Aono might not come anymore." True to those words, Aono was thinking of quitting the club. He lets it slip to his mother, who's hospitalized after falling ill. But his mother objects, telling him she wants him to do what he wants to do. Troubled, Aono happens to run into Mr. Takeda, his mentor from middle school, in town.
