Synopsis
Kong's little sister Chako is bedridden due to illness at home. She desperately wishes for Black Jack, who cured her friend, to treat her, but she's eventually hospitalized. When Kong is tasked with finding Black Jack, he becomes serious about the search after learning Chako has been admitted. Unable to locate Black Jack, Kong comes up with an idea: he asks his drama club friend Keaton to impersonate Black Jack to cheer Chako up. Keaton agrees—but only on certain conditions.
