📅 March 1, 1982🕐 25 min
Synopsis
At Ippei's invitation, Sanshiro — a matagi (mountain hunter) and master bear hunter who uses a single-shot Murata rifle — visits the village. Curious about him, Sanpei sneaks along after him, only to come face to face with a moon bear and be rescued by Sanshiro. Sanshiro firmly orders Sanpei to get off the mountain, but the man-eating bear is lurking far closer than they realized.
