📅 December 14, 1981🕐 25 min
Synopsis
Going after the so-called "Akaboshi" — an iwana with a red star on its back — in a secluded mountain stream, Sanpei meets Tatsuhiko, who is training in the secret art of "ishi-bake" (becoming a stone) to mask his presence from the wary iwana, and Tatsuhiko's father Tatsuzo, a master iwana angler. Guided to the Akaboshi's spot, Sanpei tries his hand at ishi-bake too. Can he master the depths of the art that Kebari-Yamabito once showed him?
