Brown Trout of the Cicada Chorus

Synopsis

Invited by fishing friends, Sanpei tries trolling for hime-masu for the first time. As Sanpei makes a strong start, Hattori — another fishing enthusiast along for the trip — hooks a giant brown trout, and is thrown into the water by its sheer pull. "That one's record-breaking," Hattori declares, and shows off the "semi-shigure" fishing he himself devised — using a cicada-shaped lure. Sanpei takes on this technique as well.
