Sculpin Night Spearing and the Firefly Mystery

Synopsis

Hiromasa — a longtime fan of Ippei's rods — comes during summer vacation with his son Takamasa. He wants the city-boy Takamasa to experience the kajika "night-spearing" he himself enjoyed as a boy, with fireflies lighting up the night. But fireflies, and the kajika themselves, have vanished from Hiromasa's village — once known as the "land of fireflies." For the disheartened father and son, Sanpei decides to step in.
